Product Description
1. Adjustment of Mid-pincers' swing: automatically swings to the left or right and easily fits any asymmetric toes of shoes.
2. Gliding system of pincers: rising of the support can adjust gliding of pincers with pressure's falling which decreases the rate of uppers broken.
3. Adjustment of two pincers: pincers on the right and left can act in concert with size of toes to be ranked automatically.
4. Micro-open of pincer: all pincers can set micro-open automatically or by hand severally which adjust the tension force of upper preciselly.
5. Adjustment of shoe size: pincers on the right and left can be adjusted according to size of shoes.
6. Double rise of support in different speed: the second part rise of support reduces the impact force to vamp.
7. Pincers switch of right and left shoes: switch to the right or left shoes automatically after lasting finished.
8. Quick-change of pressure and speed: oil pressure and speed device located outside the machine thus can be adjusted quickly
9. Error auto-warning: indicator light on when errors appear, and causes display on the screen.
10. Quick-change of pincers: pincers can be taken apart or switched without any tools to change the shoe model.
11. Storage of pincer and shoes model: parameters of pincers position and shoes model can be storaged in the computer.
12. Quick-change of wipers: wipers can be lifted down or on quickly by fingers.
13. Quick-change of forming band: replaceable device of forming band can be finished without any tools which improves effecion of the switch of shoes model.
